Instructions to make Kezia Fried Chicken (Ayam Goreng Crispy):
  1. For Liquid coatings: Mix flour, cornstarch, milk powder, baking powder, pepper, salt and pepper. Stir well. Add the egg yolks and water little by little while stirring until well blended. Store in a refrigerator / cool place.
  2. For the Dry Coating: Mix all dry coating materials. Stir well. Set it aside.
