  2. Prepare Buttermilk 1cup(made using 1cup milk and juice of 1lemon)

  8. Put this in preheated oil,5mins on one side on medium high flame.
  9. Then turn and fry from other side on medium low and once about to be fully done than set flame on high. Take out in a Platter.
  10. In a Sauce pan add 1tsp oil,add - chopped garlic.
  11. Then add all sauces and mix well.put flame off,mix sesame seeds.
  12. Put the fried chicken in this sauce and coat well. serve hot

This fried chicken is crispier than most American versions as it is fried twice. Serve with kimchi and soju for an authentic Korean lunch.
