  4. Prepare 1/2 cup chopped coriander

  1. Mix hung curd,chopped garlic,salt,cumin powder,cheese well and marinate the chicken into it for min 2 hrs.
  2. Make a paste of Apricots,sweet chilli sauce,red chilli powder in a mixer and rub it on marinated chicken pieces.Keep it aside for 1hr.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 mins.
  4. Grill the chicken in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 25 mins.Brush oil meanwhile.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander on it.
  6. Serve with burnt garlic rice.
